Article 01
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Sai Sadhana, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the application.
Article 02
Free Content
All features and content within Sai Sadhana are provided completely free of charge. This includes bhajan lyrics, meditation techniques, prayers, Rudram, Ashtottara Shatanamavali, Shruti and devotee experiences. No content is locked behind any payment, now or in the future.
Article 03
Voluntary Contributions
Sai Sadhana offers an optional voluntary contribution feature to support the app's development and maintenance costs, including server hosting, Firebase usage, and developer account fees. This is entirely optional. Making or not making a contribution does not affect your access to any feature. Contributions are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not handle or store your payment details on our servers.
Article 04
User-Generated Content
Users may submit articles or spiritual experiences to the Devotee Experiences section. By submitting content, you confirm that while it does not strictly need to be your original work, it must not be copyrighted material or violate any third-party intellectual property rights. Sai Sadhana explicitly disclaims all liability for the content of submissions; the individual writer assumes sole responsibility for ensuring their content is legally compliant. Sai Sadhana reserves the right to review, approve, or reject submitted content before it is published on the platform.
Article 05
Google Account & Authentication
Sai Sadhana uses Google account authentication via Firebase. By signing in, you allow the application to access your name and email address for the purposes of account identification, content attribution, and contribution verification. We do not share your personal data with third parties beyond what is necessary for authentication and payment processing.

Third-Party Links
The application contains YouTube pop-up player and links associated with some content. Tapping these links will redirect you to YouTube, which is governed by its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Sai Sadhana is not responsible for any content, availability, or practices of third-party platforms.

Offline Functionality
Sai Sadhana caches content locally on your device to enable offline use. This cached data remains on your device and is not transmitted to any external server during offline usage.

Intellectual Property
Sai Sadhana is shared in the spirit of service and spiritual growth. You are welcome to copy, distribute, adapt, and use the app's content or code, including for commercial purposes, provided appropriate credit is given to Sai Sadhana and its creator.
