Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sai Sadhana is a devotional platform built with love and offered freely to all seekers. The features accessible through this app are the result of sincere effort, time, and dedication — created as a humble service in the spirit of Sathya Sai Baba's teachings.

Any monetary contribution made through Sai Sadhana is entirely voluntary. It is an act of personal goodwill — a gesture of support for the continued development and maintenance of this spiritual service. No user is ever solicited, pressured, or obligated to make a payment of any kind.

Because every payment is made solely at the user's own discretion and free will — without any inducement, compulsion, or misrepresentation by Sai Sadhana — we do not process refunds once a transaction is completed.

By proceeding with a payment, the user acknowledges and agrees that:

1.  The contribution is made voluntarily and independently, with full understanding of its nature.

2.  Sai Sadhana has not coerced, misled, or incentivised the user into making the payment.

3.  The transaction is final and no claim for a refund will be entertained after the payment is processed.

Since contributions are voluntary acts and not a contractual obligations, there is nothing to cancel. Sai Sadhana does not offer subscription-based payments at this time; therefore, no cancellation mechanism exists or is required.

If you have concerns about a payment made in error, please reach out to us at saisadhana.app@gmail.com and we will review the matter in good faith, though we cannot guarantee a resolution in the form of a refund.

This policy is grounded in transparency and sincerity. Sai Sadhana is not a commercial product — it is a devotional effort. Every rupee contributed goes toward keeping this service alive, improving it, and making it available to more devotees.
